I embed directly within client teams to bring structure, pace and accountability — aligning internal stakeholders, suppliers and production partners around clear milestones and measurable outcomes. My focus is always on execution, risk management and protecting margin from initial assessment through to store launch.
Alongside programme leadership, I have experience in change leadership, workflow design and systems integration, allowing me to help leadership teams translate strategic decisions into practical operational plans.
